SkyPay enables you to recharge mobile/DTH services and pay utility bills instantly. We act as an authorised aggregator connecting you with service providers and billers.

3. Processing Time
Most services are processed instantly:
- Mobile Recharges: Instant (within 1-5 minutes)
- DTH Recharges: Instant (within 5-15 minutes)
- Bill Payments: Instant to 24 hours (depends on biller)
If recharge/payment is not reflected within the stated time, contact support with your transaction reference number.
4. Failed Transactions & Refunds
Transactions may fail due to incorrect details, service provider downtime, or payment gateway issues.
5. Recurring Payments & Auto-Pay
Enable Auto-Pay for regular bills so you never miss a due date.
- Bill amount is auto-fetched and paid automatically on the set date
- Notification sent before each auto-debit
- Can be paused or canceled anytime
- Failed auto-pay will not retry automatically (to prevent duplicate debits)
6. Customer Responsibilities
You must ensure accuracy of all details entered:
- Verify mobile number, consumer ID, and other details before confirming
- We are not responsible for incorrect recharges due to wrong details
- Service quality disputes must be raised directly with the operator
- Plan validity and terms are set by service providers, not SkyPay
