At SkyPay we respect and honour your right to data privacy. Submit a request below and we will permanently erase your personal data from our systems within 30 days, as required by applicable data-protection laws.
What Data Gets Deleted
Upon approval of your request, we will permanently and irreversibly remove the following categories of data associated with your SkyPay account.
Personal Identity
Name, address, email, phone number, government ID, and KYC documents.
Payment & Financial
Linked bank accounts, cards, UPI handles, and wallet balance history.
Communication Data
Support tickets, chat history, emails, and notifications.
Usage & Behavioural
App usage logs, device fingerprints, and analytics profiles.
How the Process Works

Data Erasure
Your data is permanently deleted from all live systems.
Confirmation Email
You receive an email confirming full deletion within 30 days.
Data Retention Exceptions
- Transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years to comply with RBI / AML regulations.
- Anonymised, non-identifiable aggregates may remain in our analytics systems.
- If you have an active dispute or chargeback, deletion will be deferred until resolution.
