- PAN card, Aadhaar (as permitted by law), and KYC documents
- Bank account details and linked UPI IDs
- Residential address and PIN code
- Profile photograph (optional)
We collect only the minimum information required to deliver our services and meet RBI/NPCI compliance obligations.

- Bill payment and recharge history

When you access SkyPay, we automatically collect certain technical information from your device.

- App version and installation source
